Donations to The Salvation Army Singapore will be entitled to 250% tax deduction (till 31 December 2021).The donation will be automatically included in your tax assessment if you have provided your Tax Reference number (eg. NRIC/FIN/UEN).
The Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS) no longer accepts claims for tax deduction based on donation receipts.
If you wish to specify your donation for a particular social centre/home under The Salvation Army, please include the name of the centre/home in the "Specific Use" box.
We will only send tax deductible receipts if you have provided your NRIC/FIN/UEN and if your donation is $50 or more. If you do not need the receipt, please indicate in the "Specific Use" box, "No Receipts".
Your donation will also be automatically directed for use in Singapore unless you specify another country in the "Specific Use" box. Donations towards overseas causes will not be entitled for tax deduction.
